Terms and conditions

Provider and scope

These terms apply to agreed massage and wellness services provided by Asia Spa & Wellness Massagen, owner Ornpriya Lomthaisong, Hörnlistrasse 8, 9500 Wil, Switzerland. Individually agreed arrangements take precedence.

Appointments

Requests via the website, phone, email or WhatsApp are initially appointment enquiries. An appointment becomes binding through personal confirmation of the agreed treatment, duration, time and price. These terms are made available before the agreement is concluded and apply where agreed.

Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The total price confirmed when arranging the appointment applies. Additional services and costs are agreed in advance. Changes to published prices do not apply retrospectively to confirmed appointments.

Health and treatment

Our services support wellbeing and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Before the massage, please tell us about relevant conditions, pregnancy, injuries or allergies. Seek medical advice beforehand if you are uncertain whether massage is suitable. Tell us immediately if you experience discomfort during treatment. Treatment may be adapted or declined for health reasons.

Cancellation by the spa

If we must cancel a confirmed appointment, we notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative where possible. Payments already made for the cancelled treatment are refunded unless you agree to reschedule.

Feedback and privacy

Please raise concerns about a treatment promptly in person or via info@asia-spa.ch. Our privacy notice explains how we process personal data.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, including consumer protections, remain applicable. These terms do not exclude statutory liability.

Cancellations and appointment changes

Please notify us of cancellations or requested changes by phone, WhatsApp or email, preferably at least 24 hours before the appointment. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Late arrival

Please let us know as early as possible if you expect to be late. We agree with you individually whether to adjust the treatment time or reschedule. Changes to duration or price are agreed before treatment begins.

Payment

We accept cash and TWINT. Please agree any special payment arrangements with us before your appointment.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased from us are transferable and may be given to another person as a gift. Please tell us when arranging your appointment that you wish to redeem a voucher, and bring it with you. The value or agreed service stated on the voucher applies.
