This notice explains personal-data processing when you visit our website, contact us or arrange an appointment. Swiss data protection law (FADP) applies.
Contact and appointments
When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the details you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, message and appointment request. We use them to answer enquiries, arrange appointments and provide our services. Email messages are processed through our IONOS email service.
Please do not send sensitive health information by email or WhatsApp. Discuss such matters in person at the spa.
Hosting and access data
IONOS hosts our website (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). Your IP address is technically processed to deliver the website securely. According to IONOS, anonymised access data includes requested files, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, access time and anonymised IP address. This supports security, stability and technical analysis. IONOS states that this access data is retained for eight weeks.

Local storage and fonts
The website saves your chosen language in your browser (Local Storage, key “asia-spa-language”). This setting stays on your device, is not sent to us and remains until you clear the website data in your browser. We do not integrate Meta Pixel or advertising cookies. Google Analytics is described below. Fonts are served locally by this website, without a connection to Google Fonts.
Google Maps — only after your choice
The embedded map loads only after you click “Load Google Maps”. Before that, the map makes no connection to Google. After the click, Google receives your IP address and technical browser information and may set cookies and process data for its own purposes. The European provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible.
You can leave the map disabled and use our address directly. Reload the page without reactivating the map to stop the integration; this does not recall data already transmitted. Google privacy policy
WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp is an optional contact channel; phone and email are alternatives. WhatsApp processes information such as your phone number, usage and device data. The provider for the European region is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Ireland; processing in the USA is possible. See the WhatsApp privacy policy.
Facebook and Instagram are links only; no social plugins are embedded. You access those services when you open a link. The European provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland; data may be processed in the USA. See the policies for Facebook and Instagram.
Recipients and processing abroad
Recipients include the people handling enquiries and appointments and the technical service providers needed for those tasks, particularly IONOS. Data is also processed outside Switzerland: by the German provider IONOS and, if you use Google or Meta services, in Ireland and potentially the USA. Consult the linked provider notices for their further processing and international transfers. Where we arrange a transfer abroad, we observe FADP requirements, including adequate protection or the applicable statutory safeguards or exceptions.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries and appointment details for as long as needed to handle them and manage the customer relationship. Longer retention applies where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims. Data no longer needed is then deleted or anonymised. Technical access data is subject to the provider period stated above.
The website uses HTTPS encryption. We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion and, where applicable, delivery or transfer of your personal data, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. Statutory retention duties and other legal limitations remain applicable. Contact info@asia-spa.ch. We update this notice when the website or data processing changes. Updated: 18 October 2026.
Google Analytics – only with consent
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure page views, visitor sources and clicks on contact and appointment buttons. We load the Google tag only after you agree. Google processes technical device and browser information, pages viewed and usage events and sets analytics cookies. Processing by Google LLC in the USA is possible. We do not send form contents, names, telephone numbers or WhatsApp messages as event parameters; query strings and fragments are removed from the page addresses we send. Opening a WhatsApp enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Your choice is saved locally as “asia-spa-analytics-consent-v1” for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime. Use “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the page to decline or withdraw consent for the future. On withdrawal we disable analytics, delete analytics cookies accessible to this website and reload the page; data already sent is not deleted by this action.
